The Thirteenth Floor

The Thirteenth Floor was directed by Josef Rusnak, and released in 1999. About that time I was neck deep in programming at University - and couldn't get enough Artificial Intelligence, or Virtual Reality fixes. The The Thirteenth Floor gave me a great jolt of inspiration and entertainment. The film is Rated R (Restricted) - but I think that is due to language, and perhaps some nudity.

Second Life Project Tours Moth Temple

Even when it used to cost money to teleport throughout Second Life - people would still have made their way to the Moth Temple of Iris - if it existed! It is truely one of the more magnificent locations to drop into and visit while In World. The reason this structure is so well known and so fascinating to see is because of it's purpose.

NBA T-Modile Arena Joins Second Life

On May 1, 2007 The NBA officially announced the launch of a new NBA Headquarters! The new virtual destination features a variety of innovative and interactive NBA elements in Second Life. Second Life is the popular 3D online world reaching nearly six million residents. NBA Commissioner David Stern made the announcement during a recent media event conducted in the Virtual NBA Headquarters.
