A public Best Practice Library Second Life is an excellent place to collaborate on projects. But while projectteams may come and go, a virtual PMO would stay to support new projects, ongoing programmes, share Lessons Learned and Best Practices. My goal is to create a public Project Centre of Excellence, where you can find all the project standards and Best Practices in one place.
